Take part in this year’s DASH!

Usually, the run, throw and jump events are held in iconic locations in County Durham. This year however, the event will take place in schools.

Launched back in 2012 to celebrate London Olympics; the legacy sport and wellbeing event for primary school children celebrates its 10th year. We now look forward to the inspiration of Tokyo Olympics in 2021.

Who can take part

* Schools
Any school from anywhere in the world can take part, you just need to register.
The event week is Monday 14 June to Sunday 20 June – you choose when to do the activities.

* Parents, friends and family
There is even an event for parents, family and friends. Join the DoTheDash2021 Strava Club and complete the one kilometre challenge.
